Shipping

We are offering free shipping across New Zealand on all our products for a limited time.

Returns

If for some reason, our finished product does not meet your needs or has a manufacturing fault, you can return it to us for a full refund. The product must be in unused condition and returned within 28 days.

Complaints

You have the right to complain if:

• you receive a faulty product
• something doesn't get delivered on time
• or you feel misled by a member of our staff
